I’m a relatively new photographer in the Orlando FL area. My photographic style is simple, but I’ve found it to be very effective among my peers. I use natural light, unadorned backdrops, and imagination to achieve a dream-like feel in all of my photographs. I’ve polished my skills in portrait photography, engagement/couple photography, and event photography. Self-portraits are a way for me to experiment with different mediums, and play with light. They ultimately help me grow as a photographer. When it comes to gear, it’s quite simple for me. I use a Canon 7D body and a 50mm lens 99% of the time.

I love these! I have been trying to attempt more self portraits. I agree that its a great way to try new things. I should practice more often. This definitely gives me inspiration!
