My name is Erica May and I am based out of Dallas, Texas. I would call myself a backlight junkie and I love finding new and unique locations. I have been featured on numerous websites and I am one of the founders of Wardrobe Wednesday {Where Fashion Meets Photography}. I LOVE working with seniors – they make up about 80% of my business. I love their free spirits, their excitement in the creative process, and I really get to flex my creative muscles on them! This session with beautiful Madeline took place at a local nature preserve. She wanted something simple and classic with lots of personality. She said she loves the color purple so I picked up some awesome pillows at Ross ($6 a piece, what a deal!!) and they looks really great paired with her purple shirt. She brought some great outfits and layers that really gave a lot of dimension and texture to her outfits. She is going to play soccer in college so we threw her soccer ball in for a few portraits as well. I love the mix of feminine and athleticism =).
