Kim Kayln Photography|Boudoir Photography Inspiration

Tara is gorgeous, there is no question. She was a dream to photograph and capturing her beauty felt completely effortless. She is so sweet and humble and was just excited to be a part of this experience.

These images are a gift for her husband who is studying medicine in Ireland. They have been living apart for 3.5 years. Tara told me that …

“Above all, we have an incredible friendship, which has gotten us through some pretty tough moments. We don’t have any great secrets about making long distance work – certainly, it doesn’t always “work” that well. To cope with long periods of separation, you learn to shift your focus towards other areas of life – work, family, friends. We get excited and move forward together by setting goals and making plans for the future … wherever that may be. I hope these photos will bring a little spark back to our lives – wink, wink!”

I think he is going to love them ;)

For Tara’s session I used my Canon 5D Mark II. And for lenses I used my
50mm f1.4 and 35mm L f1.4.

This session was shot at the beautiful Fairholme Manor and make up styling
was by Carly Flint.
